DB Jonas is the author of two previous poetry collections, Tarantula Season and Other Poems (Finishing Line Press, 2023) and Flight Risk: Poems and Translations (Kelsay Books, 2025). He lives in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of northern New Mexico with his wife, their dogs, and their orchards.
