Her poems have been made into videos, graced the interior of taxi cabs, and even decorated the hind quarters of city buses.

She is also a flash fiction, short story, and micro-memoir author, founder of the Poetry Jumps Off the Shelf program, Woodrow Hall Editions, and the Woodrow Hall Jumpstart Awards. She lives with her husband in Madison, Wisconsin, and runs a thriving cat care business, experiences which have been captured in a nonfiction guidebook called Cat Sitter Secrets, which can be found at CatSitterSecrets.com.
