Siobhan Farrell was born in England, grew up in Toronto, and now lives in Thunder Bay, a small city on the north shore of Lake Superior deep in the boreal forest. Her work is influenced by the wondrous power of nature, beauty inherent in many forms of artistic expression, and Wabi Sabi, a Japanese term which means finding beauty in imperfection. She lives with her black cat Mizuki and too many plants. This is her first collection of poems.
