Jennifer Kelley is a poet, novelist, and nonfiction writer living in Ventura County. She is a proud member of the Ventura County Poetry Project. Her work has been featured in journals like Spillway, Askew, The Island Fox, and VC Voices. Her poem “Ode to the Wind” was also included in the anthology Solo Novo: Psalms of Cinder and Silt (Solo Novo Press, 2019). She has been featured in John M. White’s 5X5X5 performance series, California Museum of Art– Thousand Oaks’s show Kevin Sloan: A Collection of Rarities, Tim Tipton’s Rhyme Without Reason, and Artists in Exile. Her chapbook These Things Remain came out in 2005. Her work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times and the Ventura County Star.
