Jessica Harman is a writer who currently lives in the Boston area. Originally from Montreal, she studied at Concordia University there, earning her B.A. in Creative Writing in 1999. Her prose and poems have appeared in journals in North America and the United Kingdom, including, Bellevue Literary Review, Nimrod, Spillway, Tryst3, Stand, Ambit, Poeisis, Arion, and Rosebud. She teaches Creative Writing and chess. Her work is often about self and other, and how those support as well as challenge concepts of identity.
