Veronica Tucker is a poet, physician, and lifelong New Englander who lives in New Hampshire with her husband, three children, two dogs, and a backyard full of curious wildlife. She works in emergency medicine and addiction medicine and writes poetry inspired by everyday life, family, and the natural world. Home Is Here: New Hampshire Nursery Rhymes grew from her love of the seasons and the small traditions that make growing up in New England special. When she is not writing, she can often be found running local trails, visiting lakes and mountains with her family, or reading bedtime stories.
