Kathleen McCann taught poetry and American Literature at Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts and served Pilgrim Congregational UCC church in Weymouth prior to retiring and moving to Venice, Florida.
Her poems have appeared in small presses, including The Three-penny Review, The Midwest Quarterly, New American Writing, Poetry East, South Dakota Review, Cottonwood, Xavier Review, Café Review, and Painted Bride Quarterly. Her books include Sail Away The Plenty (Kelsay Books, 2019); Barn Sour (2013); and A Roof Gone To Sky (2009). Her chapbooks The Small Hours and The Sea’s Rosary both came out in 2008.
