Originally from Pennsylvania, Alicia Hoffman now lives, writes, and teaches in Rochester, New York. Her poems have appeared in a variety of publications, including Radar Poetry, Tar River Poetry, A-Minor Magazine, One Throne Magazine, Redactions: Poetry and Poetics, Word Riot, SOFTBLOW, Pirene’s Fountain, Innisfree Poetry Journal, Rust + Moth, and elsewhere. Her first full-length poetry collection, Like Stardust in the Peat Moss, debuted in 2013. She holds an MFA in Poetry from the Rainier Writing Workshop at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington.
