Laura Ingram is the author of five volumes of poetry: The Solitude of the Female Preying Mantis, The Taffeta Parable, Animal Sentinel, Mirabilis, Junior Citizen’s Discount, and The Ghost Gospels.
Her poetry and prose have appeared in over one-hundred journals and magazines, among them Gravel, Thuya Poetry Review, Random Sample Review, and Five on the Fifth. Laura has served as Poetry Editor for The Blue Mountain Review. She is an alumna of Appomattox Regional Governor’s School for the Arts and Technology as well as Hollins University. Laura lives between gossamer and corrosion. She is a twenty-six-year-old relic. She resides in rural Virginia and enjoys most books and all cats.
