Joseph A. Cilluffo has had his poetry published in a wide variety of journals, including Philadelphia Poets, The Schuylkill Valley Journal, Apiary, and Philadelphia Stories. In 2014, he was the featured poet in the Schuylkill Valley Journal, and his poem “Light” was nominated for the Pushcart Prize. Joseph has been a Finalist in the Atlanta Review’s annual poetry contest, with additional poems receiving an honorable mention and second place at the 2015 Philadelphia Writers Conference. He has given readings in venues all across the Philadelphia area, and has taken part in the following: Manayunk-Roxborough Arts Center’s ekphrastic poetry exhibit, Philadelphia Poets’ Ethnic Voices reading series, the Moveable Beats reading series in Center City, and has participated in numerous Mad Poets events.
