John David Muth is a lifelong resident of central New Jersey. He has been an academic advisor at Rutgers University for nineteen years. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, road trips, and volunteering for environmental causes. He is a member of the U.S. 1 Poet’s Cooperative. His work has appeared in such journals as Better Than Starbucks!, Verse-Virtual, Muddy River Poetry Review, and U.S. 1 Worksheets. He is the author of four collections of poetry: A Love for Lavender Dragons (Aldrich Press, 2016), Inevitable Carbon (Aldrich Press, 2017), Odysseus in Absaroka (Aldrich Press, 2018), and Reassure the Phoenix (Aldrich Press, 2019).
