Kathleen Calby, a former communications consultant, metalsmith and singing bowls performer, now writes poetry, tutors, and gardens. Her poems have appeared in Broad River Review, San Pedro River Review, Willows Wept Review, and other publications. In 2021, she received a Gilbert-Chappell mentorship with Jessica Jacobs and was named a Rash Award Finalist in Poetry in 2022. She lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
