Toni Ortner has had 3l books published; her work has appeared in over l00 literary magazines. She lives in Vermont and gives readings in bookstores and libraries. As Vice President of the nonprofit group Write Action for the last l4 years, she ran the Write Action Radio Hour where she interviewed writers and had them read their work. Her work is in several anthologies, and she has won grants from Pen America and the Author’s League. She taught most recently in the English Department at the University of Connecticut.
