Pat St. Pierre has been writing poetry, fiction, and nonfiction since her college days. She tries to capture small vignettes of life and turn them into poems. She is a freelance writer of poetry, fiction, and nonfiction for both adults and children. Her poems have been widely published in such places as: Boston Literary Review, Flutter Poetry, The Camel Saloon, Three Line Poetry, The Shine Journal, Pond Ripples Magazine, Poets Haven, and Pens On Fire.

She has won many honorable mentions and was nominated for the Pen New England//LL Winship Award 2010. Her first poetry book Reality of Life was published by Foothills Publishing, and her second chapbook Theater of Life was published by Finishing Line Press. Her children’s work can be found both online and in print. Some of her work can be seen at Alfie Dog Fiction, Kids Imagination Train, US Kids, Our Little Friend, and The Kids Ark. Her fiction/nonfiction has also been widely published in places such as The Feathered Flounder, Joyful, Dew on the Kudzu, Fiction 365, Daily Love, and A Long Story Short.

Pat also has a love of photography and can be seen carrying her camera wherever she goes. She takes photos which she also describes as “snapshots” of everyday occurrences. Some of her photos can be viewed at Ken*Again, Ramshackle Review, Decades Review, Whisperings, The Camel Saloon, and Front Porch Review.
