Riley Bounds was raised in Alex, Oklahoma. He holds an MA in Philosophy from Talbot School of Theology at Biola University and a BA in Creative Writing from the University of Central Oklahoma. He plans to continue into doctoral study. He lives in Norman, Oklahoma.
