
Emily Lake Hansen is the author of the chapbook The Way the Body Had to Travel (dancing girl press). Her poems have appeared in Atticus Review, Glass: A Journal of Poetry, Stirring, Nightjar Review, Midway Journal, and Rust + Moth among others. She received an MFA from Georgia College & State University and currently serves as the poetry editor for Minerva Rising Press. A 2018 Best of the Net Nominee, she is a PhD student at Georgia State University and spends most of her free time playing children’s board games in Atlanta.
