Marc Frazier has published poetry in over one hundred literary journals online and in print including Permafrost, Poet Lore, Evansville Review, The Spoon River Poetry Review, Another Chicago Magazine, The Gay and Lesbian Review, and Bloom. He is the recipient of an Illinois Arts Council Award for poetry and has been featured on Verse Daily. He has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and has received two Best of the Net nominations. Marc has published three full-length poetry books with Aldrich Press (Kelsay Books), Glass Lyre Press, and Adelaide Books in addition to two chapbooks. A sample of the anthologies he appears in include New York Quarterly: Without a Doubt: Poems about Faith, New Poetry from the Midwest, Aeolian Harp Series: anthology of poetry folios (Glass Lyre Press), and Collateral Damage (Glass Lyre Press). He has had residencies at Ragdale and Vermont Studio Center. He has also published book reviews, essays, flash fiction, and memoir excerpts in such venues as Spillwords, Flash Fiction Magazine, South Shore Review, Cobalt, and Evening Street Review, among others. He’s done numerous poetry readings in the Chicago area and has led many poetry workshops over the years.
