Charles Bane, Jr. is a Chicago native. His previous book, The Chap Book, Poems by Charles Bane Jr., was published by Curbside Splendor in 2011. Twice nominated for the Pushcart Prize, his work has appeared in print and online at The Indian Diary, Clutching at Straws, Durable Goods, Word Pond, and numerous other journals. His work has also been the focus of critical review, most recently in, “The Poetry of Charles Bane, Jr., An Introduction” in the Calliope Nerve.
