David Jibson grew up in rural Michigan. He is retired from a forty-year career as a social worker, most recently with a hospice agency. He is a graduate of Western Michigan University in Interdisciplinary Communications and of Michigan State University, M.S.W. Currently, he is co-editor of Third Wednesday Magazine, a quarterly print journal of literary and visual art, and a coordinator of events for The Crazy Wisdom Poetry Circle in Ann Arbor, the place he now calls home.
