Rhett Watts is an award-winning poet who has lived in Beirut, San Francisco and Hartford. She now lives in MA with her husband and Maine Coon cat. Her poems have appeared in many literary journals and magazines including: Sojourners, Yankee Magazine, Ekphrasis, and The Worcester Review. Some of her work is included in the books: The Best Spiritual Writing 2000 (HarperSanFrancisco) and Knitting into the Mystery (Morehouse). Her book of poems is Willing Suspension (Antrim House Books). Her chapbooks are: No Innocent Eye (Seven Kitchens Press), co-winner of the Rane Arroyo Chapbook Prize, and Rockets and Blue Lights (Red Bird). Rhett facilitates Amherst Writers & Artists writing workshops in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and is a member of the 4x4 Artists / Poets Collaborative in Worcester.
